This is a rare opportunity with a global powerhouse.
This Global leading IT hardware vendor is seeking a HR Advisor who will report directly to the Australian HR Director based in the Sydney Office. Providing support and guidance to the HR director and Management Team on all human resource related matters and contributing to the development of the organisational culture will allow you to show case your skills.
This is a hands on team of three role with a matrix reporting line to a Sydney based HR Manager.

What you can provide:
Minimum 3-4 years experience in a HR generalist role or HR Advisor / HR Manager
Strong knowledge of Information Technology and HR administration practices
Recruitment & selection skills
Ability to demonstrate hands on skills across all functional HR areas
Basic payroll processing skills
Appropriate HR qualifications
Strong influencing and relationship building skills
Proactive, and displays initiative.
